RRB Group D PET/Physical Efficiency Test 2025
The candidates for Group D PET will be selected based on the merit list released based on the marks gained in the Group D CBT Test. 2X of no. of seats will be shortlisted for the physical endurance test. Under the physical efficiency test, male and female candidates have to prove their physical stamina and efficiency through running and weight lifting.
The male candidates have to lift a 35kg sandbag and carry it 100 meters without putting it down on the earth. This walk should be completed within 2 minutes. After this, they have to complete 1km(1000 meters) running in 4 minutes 15 seconds.
On the other hand, female candidates have to lift and carry a 20 Kg sandbag without putting it down. They have to complete this walk within 2 minutes. After this, they will have to complete 1000 meter running within 5 Minutes 40 Seconds.
