Punjab School Board New Instruction For Class 9th & 11th, PSEB has provided instruction to the school to submit the result online for classes 9th and 11th carefully for the session 2024-25. If the schools do not submit the results online on time, then they will have to submit it after paying the late submission fee. The regular submission deadline is May 15th, 2025. The board authority has notified the school to kindly submit the results for Classes 9 and 11 online, ensuring accuracy, for the 2024-25 session. They are advised to take a few printouts of the draft report and texmine all the results of the students in detail. If any adjustments need to be made, then they should be made before the final submission.

Still, if there is any error after the submission in students’ results, then it should be taken care of after the 15th of May. In accordance with the guidelines, the school head is required to submit a revised result along with the applicable Update fee per student to the District Regional Office for the modification process.

Class 9th and 11th Late submission fee details
It is mandatory for schools to submit the results of Class 9 and Class 11 for the 2024-2025 session to the board’s online portal and ensure they are uploaded on time. The standard submission window is starting 1st of April 2025 through 15th of May 2025, free of charge. Late entries will be permitted with an extra fee.

Policy for Compartment and Provisional Admission
- Class 9 and 11 Compartment Students:
- If a student in Class 9 or 11 has a supplementary exam or needs to reappear for an exam, their result will be recorded as R.L./Compartment/Re-appear.
- The final result will be revised once the student successfully passes the compartment exam.
- Provisional Admission to Class 11:

- Students who were granted provisional admission to Class 11 due to a compartment in Class 10 must pass their compartment exam within two attempts.
- If the student successfully passes the compartment exam within the allowed attempts, their result will be updated as Pass/Fail.
- If the student fails to pass within two attempts, their admission will be cancelled, and their result will be marked as Cancel.
