JDA Jaipur 432 Recruitment 2025-Number of Posts & Apply Online Form

JDA Jaipur 432 Recruitment 2025, Jaipur Development Authority is planning to conduct direct recruitment on 432 vacancies for various posts. According to the sources, JDA has already sent a proposal to RPSC(Rajasthan Public Service Commission) and RSMSSB (Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board) for the JDA 110 Posts Recruitment process. Both RPSC and RSMSSB are preparing for the recruitment process for 110 posts and new 432 JDA Posts.

There is a cadre strength of 1932 posts in JDA but more than 60% of posts are vacant due to retirements in the past 42-43 years. All the work in JDA is being carried out by only one-third staff. Due to this lack of employees, all the work related to Town Planning, Enforcement, Revenue, Laws, and Horticulture is affected transversely.

1280 out of 1932 Posts Vacant in JDA

According to the reports, 1280 out of 1932 posts are vacant in Jaipur Development Authority. Apart from this, JDA has appointed contractual employees such as computer operators, Guards, and staff in JDA Deputational and personal services.

In many sub-offices of JDA, all the daily work is dependent on these contractual guards and computer operators. To address this problem of shortage of staff, JDA has sent a proposal to RSSB and RPSC for recruiting 432 posts in planning, horticulture, and law departments. 

New 432 Posts in JDA, Proposal Sent to RPSC and RSSB

JDA has appointed retired personnel on contract for many posts including Assistant Town Planner, Tehsildar/Naib Tehsildar, Patwari/Amin, Junior Accountant and Junior Assistant. But now, JDA has sent a proposal to the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board and Rajasthan Public Service Commission for recruitment on various posts in these three cadres. On the proposal sent by JDA to RSSB and RPSC, the Rajasthan Public Service Commission sent a letter to make the minimum age limit equal to other government departments. On this, JDA has given a letter Efforts have been started to make the minimum age limit of all posts as per other departments.

JDA New Posts: Direct Recruitment of 432 Posts

Chief Minister Mister Bhajanlal Sharma took a review meeting of the Urban Development Department. The Urban Development Department had sent the proceedings to JDA to comply with the instructions given by the Chief Minister. According to these proceedings, the Chief Minister instructed in the meeting that recruitment should be done soon on the vacant posts to replace contract workers with permanent personnel in JDA. 

In compliance with these instructions, JDA has prepared a proposal for direct recruitment on 432 posts and sent it to the government. The Finance Department of the state had also demanded some information from JDA on this recruitment proposal which JDA has sent. In such a situation, it is expected that soon after the approval of the Finance Department, JDA will send the recruitment request to the Public Service Commission and the Subordinate Employees Board.
